Our Story

Henderson Brewing Co. was formed when five local families decided that Henderson, KY deserved great beer that it can call its own. A year later, we proudly opened Henderson’s first commercial brewery in over 80 years.

    While we have a little fun with flavors in the brew room from time to time, you will find our core beer offerings to be true to style. We believe that simple beer styles executed well can be just as tasty and satisfying as some of the more trendier ones.

  2. Henderson Proud

    One of the reasons we started Henderson Brewing Co. was not only to give Hendersonians great local beer but also to share our little bend on the Ohio River with the rest of the world. Our location, decor, and even the names of our beers honors Henderson's interesting history as well as its optimistic present and future. We hope that when you visit, you'll take a little extra time to explore "the Hendo."

    We feel that great beer can bring people together. Whether you are a craft beer enthusiast with hundreds of beers rated on Untappd or someone who just wants to try something a little different than your usual light lager, you will feel welcome and maybe even make a new friend in our taproom.
